Throughout my career I have gained a wealth of life experiences ranging from serving in HM Royal Marines, working as a private security contractor to running my own personal training and bootcamp business. Throughout this time my knowledge has continuously developed in my involvement within a variety of sports that include, Rugby, hockey, running, boxing and more recently working alongside the Worcester Wolves professional basketball team. After recently graduating from the University of Worcester with a first-class with honours’ degree in Sports Therapy, I wish to pursue my desire and passion for health, fitness and rehabilitation in helping others succeed, whether this be rehabilitation from an injury to pre-injury levels or getting you back to your personal best!

Jennifer Higgs BSc (Hons) MSST - Clinic Manager
Jennifer has recently graduated from the University of Worcester with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. Throughout her 3 years at University she was fortunate enough to be able to gain experience whilst on placement abroad at Valencia where she worked alongside basketball as a therapist, in addition to working alongside the University BUCS basketball team. Jennifer has also gained invaluable experience working both pitch side and clinic based practice alongside Stourport Rugby Club. Jennifer is always keen to learn and extend her knowledge with a great passion in helping others in any way that she can. Jennifer is an honest hard working individual with a friendly and sincere attitude, she is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to help others succeed.

Sam Amos-Simpson BSc (Hons) MSST- Sports Therapist
Sam is a recent First-Class Honors graduate in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester, currently continuing his studies with a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham.
Throughout his degree, Sam gained extensive clinical experience, including an international placement in Spain with the professional football and basketball teams at Cultural Leonesa. More locally, he has completed a placement here at Regain Performance, worked within the University of Worcester’s injury clinic and BUCS teams, and provided treatment at major events like the London Marathon.
Sam is committed to developing his skills and delivering evidence-based care that enhances the health, recovery, and performance of every client.
